ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは最高だと思います。 いい意味でグアムとは思えないほどです。 建物自体はさすがに古さを感じるものの、よく手入れされていると思います。 ホテル周辺には徒歩で行くことができるお店がほとんどありません。 レンタカーを利用しない旅行者は不便を感じるかもしれません。 逆に言えばとても静かで落ち着いています。 まさに「大人のリゾート」です。 クラブルームがお値打ちに予約できたことも高評価です。 また次回も利用したいと思います。 (シェラトン時代を入れると3回目の宿泊です。)

シェラトンラグーナだった頃に、グアム旅行の旅に宿泊していたのでリブランドされていたが、気にせず予約をしました。 シェラトンだった時とサービスも清潔さも全て段違いで、あまりに酷いホテル、サービスでがっかりでした。 部屋は、ラウンジの利用できるスイートルームに。 夕方に到着しましたが、そもそも荷物を持って来てくださったり部屋の説明も一切なし。スイートだからと言って別室でのチェックインもなし。 部屋に入ると、洗面所には歯磨き粉が戸棚にべっちょり。小さな子供を連れていたので子供の洋服と手についた歯磨き粉をみて驚きました。 また、床にもお菓子の粉のようなものが所々に。 各所をみても、掃除は行き届いていません。 スイートだったからか、冷蔵庫のドリンクは無料でひたが、説明も何も無かったのでフロントに値段の確認を電話すると、今日だけ無料ですとの事。 翌日の補充は有りませんでした。 また、突然夜にフロントの方がダイソンのドライヤーを頼んでもいないが持って来てくださり 中を開けると、「一つでもパーツを無くしたら、弁償500ドル」と記載があり、その時点で疑問には思いましたが、面倒だったので使わず元々置いてあったドライヤーを使用していました。チェックアウトの際に、 「ダイソンのドライヤーはどうしましたか？」と問われたので、部屋にありますが…と伝えると 「今、フロントまで持ってきてください」と威圧的な態度。日本人の方でした。 勝手に持ってきて、帰りにフロントに返さなきゃいけないのか？と若干怒りが湧きましたが、またエレベーターで部屋まで取りに戻りました。 ルームサービスも以前はありましたが、無くなっており、食べたければ1階のパン屋でテイクアウトしてくださいとのこと。 スターバックスもなくなっていて、ドリンクなどが買いたくても全てそのパン屋で調達することに。 ホテルのプールは広かったですが、 本当に汚いです。びっくりしました。 虫の死骸がうじゃうじゃ、枯葉もわんさか。 朝一番に入りましたが、せめて、虫の死骸などは 掃除しておいてくれても…と思ったほど不潔でした。 部屋のシャワーは そもそもスイートでも壊れていて温度調節も不可能。 かなり熱いシャワーで子供には拷問でした。 水回りをなぜかシェラトンの時から変えていて ひどくなっていたので、理由がよくわかりません。 初日に部屋がとても汚れていて 気持ちが悪かったのでチップを四千円程度置いてきっちり掃除してくれることを期待しましたが ほぼ掃除はなく、多分タオルを交換しただけのレベル。コップの交換も、アメニティの交換や追加もなく、本当にびっくりと残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。 間違いなく二度と宿泊しません！！！ ホテルが古いのは仕方ないにしてもサービスが最悪です。

I paid full price for my hot tub not working and they couldn't give me discounts because i made onlin reservations very disappointed room still had still had party favors in the room and balloons

The hotel is okay. Should have been upgraded some when new owners took over. The surroundings is dirty and unapealing. Staffing is minimum. No bell boy or anyone out front when you drive up. Very boring atmosphere at entrance. We enjoyed the buffet and bake shop. Could be 5 stars if upgraded.

I decided to book a staycation overnight because of its facilities. I am a local and prefer to book weekend getaways at places that aren’t too busy/packed and open to the public. The facilities looked updated and modern on websites so I decided to give it a try and it was a complete scam. My instinct was right, the food, rooms, service, and facilities are less and mediocre. Save your money for a hotel by the beach in tumon. I am a platinum member on expedia and this is my first review ever.

Love that every room has an ocean view. The hotel is away from the crowded tourist areas which makes it feel more exclusive and private. Love the bidet in the bathroom. The gorgeous views are breathtaking. I especially enjoyed the decks by the pool area that overlook the ocean and are literally steps away from the water.

I booked Club room renovated recently, so room conditon was not bad. However, as other resorts in Guam, Rhiga Royal got old now. In addition, I could find spider webs in the corners around elevator space. I think Rhiga Royal needs more maintainance all around the resorts. Service was good and decent.

部屋からの景色がとても良かったです ジャグジーがついていてとてもいい部屋でした 価格を考えると大満足 ジャグジーが故障したり…ところどころ壊れていたり設備はやや難ありでしたが、対応は比較的早くて助かりました 乳児と幼児を連れての旅行だったので、基本ホテルで過ごしました きっと観光やレストランなど出かける人には向かないホテルかも知れません (徒歩10分先にスーパーマーケット1件のみ) ホテルのスタッフは皆さん良い人で、とても良かったです

正直設備はちょっと古めですがそれをカバーするスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです！ ヒルトンはイパオビーチがあるからいいですが人混みが多くって… 静かなホテル暮らしを求めるならリーガロイヤルだと思いました。 部屋についている室外ジャグジーに入りながら見る夕日は別格でした！ プールサイドバーから見る夕日も最高でした！ 是非また来たいと思います！

All staff were amazing! We absolutely felt the warm and welcoming Hafa Adai spirit during our stay. It is an older hotel however there are renovated rooms I would suggest to book. The bakery offers fresh baked goods and coffee. There are several restaurants on the property but only had lunch at La Cascada. It was fine for what it was but Guam offers amazing food selections all around the island. The views of the ocean from our balcony were breathtaking and will be returning again in the future.

Das Hotel war früher ein Sheraton und die haben wohl für eine Modernisierung kein Geld mehr in die Hand nehmen wollen, somit das Hotel verkauft. Der neue Eigentümer lässt es aber wohl noch weiter verwahrlosen. Während die Lobby tip top ist, sieht man überall den Verfall. Insbesondere in wenn man von dem Balkon nach unten schaut oder Richtung Gym geht. Viele Geräte sind kaputt bzw. wurden garnicht mehr ausgetauscht, Tennisplätze sind ebenfalls heruntergekommen. Noch schlimmer empfand ich aber die Zimmer, während die Einrichtung noch ok ist, stinkt es furchtbar nach Schimmel, das kommt sowohl von der Klimaanlage, als auch vom nassfeuchten Teppich. Unsere Beschwerde diesbezüglich wurde mit diversen Sprays versucht zu korrigieren, was aber nur für wenige Stunden einen anderen Geruch hervorrief. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: jeden Tag wurde irgendwas vergessen nachzufüllen, nach der ersten Nacht alles: kein Wasser, kein Kaffee, kein Tee. Das ging alle Tage so durch, es gab keinen einzigen Tag, an dem mal alles nachgefüllt wurde. Am Vortag unserer Abreise wurde sogar garnichts gemacht, um 16:45h kann man wohl erwarten, dass Müll etc. entfernt wird. Erst auf Nachfrage, erhielten wir Wasser und Co. Ich kann das Hotel leider garnicht empfehlen, insbesondere für den hohen Preis.
