"Nhà tắm thì ngập nước tràn ra tới phòng ngoài vì không có gì giữ nước lại cả hãy dùng tất cả khăn có trong phòng để chặn và thấm nước không cho chảy ra ngoài phòng. Giường nệm đều ẩm ướt và có mùi mốc. Đẹp đi trong nhà thì ướt chứ không khô . Tủ quần áo thì cửa không mở ra thẳng được vì đụng cái ..."
