"The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location is only a short walk away from plenty of restaurants and some of the main local attractions. I would stay here again if I ever return to the area. "

"Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. Step out of the Homestay, go left and it’s on your right hand side. The Night Shopping is just a few feet away, all in walking distance!! Lan Uyen Homestay was was wonderful. Only thing was those beautiful...

"Lovely homestay in a perfect location near Hoi An old town. Everything is in walking distance. The homestay is in a quiet road, run by a kind family. Mr Lee was very supportive. Would highly recommend to come here when visiting Hoi An."

"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
