"Pool was being renovated and the microwave in our room didn’t work but overall was good. Friendly staff, room was cleaned and no bugs."

"We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!"

"Very nice place to stay. All staff encountered were great. Breakfast well stocked manned and clean. Coffee bar accessible 24/7 great. Rooms well maintained. Plenty around to do and eat. Easy access off highway"

"The room was clean upon arrival and met my expectations. I received a couple of texts from the hotel staff letting us know that if we needed anything to let them know. Check in and check out went smoothly and staff were friendly and professional."

"When I went there to check in,There were nobody in the lobby.I had to call someone of the property from the lobby phone hanging on the wall and they said they are over sold so I can’t provide me any room,I called Expedia and they gave me another hotel but I literally had to wait until 1:30am for check in.I must thank the Expedia agent but I will never ever stay in that extended America property and I will never recommended to anyone.I am businessman and i travel a lot and stay in hotels all over...

"Such a great place to stay! All of the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The facility was spotless and the outdoor area was amazing! We were able to sit outside and watch the 4th of July fireworks around a fire pit. Our room was perfect with the brightest bathroom. Would definitely stay her again!"

"Room was clean and the pool was nice. Location was good and quiet wven though it's close to the highway and hospital. Breakfast wasn't great. No syrup for waffles and coffee was empty until someone asked for more. Coffee was filled with grounds. Not many choices. Just disappointing."

"This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN"

"The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night"

"This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom."

"Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly."

"The property that was advertised on here was not what the hotel is. The place has live in residents, boarded up windows, dirty floors and bed bug. Please update this option for your travelers and take this down for option for People to stay in Gradn Rapids."
