"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in poor repair. Shower had mold and broke during our stay. The refrigerator froze our food. The fitness center was not open. The vending machines were removed during our stay. The ice machine was inoperable. Overall, I would not recommend."

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"Lovely place. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Close to King Street! My only concern is that the pullout sofa was too short for my daughter who is 5ft7in. Other than that I was very impressed."

"Do not book this hotel! Stay away!! When I checked out, I was billed $28.88 per day as amenity fees + state/local taxes. When I asked about the purpose, I was told it was for the 15% discount at the restaurant and local touring. I spent $60 at the restaurant and toured nothing. So I paid close to $60 in fees to get a $8 discount on my restaurant bill. Best part is they don’t disclose this at check-in. Also, you can’t set the room temperature. We ould never set the thermostat below 68...

"Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival."

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."
