"It was clean but had a lingering musty smell. I think the carpets could be updated in the hotel. It was kinda sketchy and there were random camper, commercial truck, and car parked in the back parking lot that looked like people were living in them. We didn’t need to use the door key to get in so I am not sure if the lock was broken or if it always is open to the public. We were only there one night and headed to the airport early so I made sure our door was well locked and slept great. "

"This was the first time I have ever not slept in a hotel that I booked due to it being so dirty. Our bathroom light did not work, hotel smelled horrible, room was dirty. Left immediately."

"Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit."

It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok"

"That was my second time staying at the Econo Lodge near Percy Priest Lake. Each time I’ve stayed there, I’ve had a superb experience. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and free of any weed smell. It’s obvious they invest in renovation and maintenance. Highly recommended."

"The price for this property is very low and reflects what you get. The staff at check in was fabulous. The pictures are not accurate in terms of cleanliness or upkeep but for a 2 night stay was fine. The rooms are accurate to the picture - spacious but bedding is very basic. If you need extra covers, you need to ask during the day when the daytime housekeeping staff is in. The property is a 7min Uber ride to Broadway so that was great. Lots of parking available. "The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."

"We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep. There was no security and no front office to call for help."
