"The room was clean and adequate for a night’s sleep after a long day of hiking. However, we were very dissatisfied and disappointed that the spa pools closed at 8 pm and only reopened at 10 am. "I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good night's rest. You can literally hear everything through the walls, conversations, doors opening, footsteps, etc. Tried calling management to change my room, but they did not respond to my messages or answer the phone. Very disappointed, in particular to the response I received after I had checked out (see email acknowledging the issue)."

"We stayed 2 nights in the ‘deluxe’ double room No 4 directly behind reception. The self check-in process was very easy to use. I suspect like everyone else we were there to do the Alpine Crossing. So in that context it suited us fine, only a few minutes drive to the pickup point. The room was en-suite, the shower was okay once it warmed up and it had a decent TV with a range of channels. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall very good value."
