"Don't like the cash 'deposit' that complicates checkout (waiting for staff to inspect room for missing items). This was one of the better maintained 'less expensive' properties I've stayed in, and looked to be recently remodeled... but as with every other, the remodel was sloppy. Also a bit disappointed that there was no vent fan in the bathroom. Adding the Wyndham 'brand' doesn't make it anything other than a Super 8."

"The entire staff was very courteous, the rooms were clean, but the most impressive was the hotel breakfast and the ladies who worked the breakfast. The food was wonderful every morning and the workers did their best to create an amazing family atmosphere."

"The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."

Uppn check in the front desk attendant got visibily annoyed that i didnt have a "card" for my service dog and she refused to allow me to stay on an upper floor due to my "pets must go on first floor". First room assigned the door was terribly hard to open and couldn't be shut so I requested a different room due to my physical limitations and staying for 3 nights. "Property a little difficult to get into from main road."

"Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience. Room didn’t have a microwave and the shower in the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t be going back."

"The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities."
