"The room we recieved was not what we reserved but the gentleman at the front desk tried to resolve the issue. He was sympathic to our situation but they were totally booked and an error was made that could not be fixed. The room was nice just not as big as the one we reserved. The next morning Michelle the GM had agreed to provide us with a partial credit towards the room since it was smaller than the one we reserved. The grounds were nice, breakfast was good, and the room we did get was clean. We would stay here again."

"Great location. It was storming out so it was nice that there was a parking garage for the car. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean with lots of room to move around in."

"The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Rooms & bathroom were clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but it was more than continental that was advertised. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, & potatos & waffle maker. I really enjoyed the coffee machine that made lattes & cappuccinos & such. The pool area was nice. The location was near the interstate & perfect for my needs during the visit to the area. The price was also affordable for a comfortable hotel."
