Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to...

"Very good: Beds Service and employees Restaurant Swimming pool Big and clean room Scenic view on the mountains and castle ruin from the balcony. Peace and quiet (except for the cowbells😀) Some suggestion for improvement: (Small) Refridgerator in the room Airconditioning (room temperature was hot)"

"Nice stay with clean convenient rooms. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed, which was great. Excellent breakfast with options to sit outside or in. Downside: no elevator, but stairs not steep so easy to walk up without luggage. "

"Hotel was schoon en netjes, echter gedateerd. Kamers oud. Personeel was zeker vriendelijk. We hadden met diner gekozen maar de opties waren summier en het eten helaas niet altijd lekker, zijn daarom een paar keer ergens anders geweest. Dorpje was saai maar de omgeving heeft genoeg leuke plekken (Pitzdal, Otzdal, Imst)."
