"I was traveling through in off season. I got what I assume a low season price. The stay was excellent. The place is as advertised. I liked the fire pit at the river edge. This is a nice, rustic place. I would pay 2X for the room. "

"This is our second stay at the resort and we enjoyed this as much as we did last time. Clean room. Jacuzzi tub. Beautiful view. And even in the off season so welcoming. Hands down Townsend is the hidden jewel of the Smokies. And Tremont Lodge and Resort is the shimmer in that jewel."

"The room was very clean and recently renovated. The staff were polite and extremely helpful, even with me checking in at 3:30AM. The only downside was having to drive ~20 mins to an open gas station after it gets dark out. Property is a 15 mins drive to Harrah's in Murphy and a 50 min drive from Harrah's In Cherokee. I would (and plan to) stay here again in the future. "

"Super clean room, comfy bed, plenty of towels in the bath, lovely welcome basket, fantastic restaurant onsite, quiet and peaceful property. Also super friendly staff, excellent coffee shop, cafe, general store, and outdoor supply store onsite, and bikes available to ride the paved trail along the roadside. Hope to be back soon!"

"This was a motorcycle trip from TX for me and a friend. From the Covered parking, on site food and drinks, and easy, quick access to the Tail of the Dragon and so much more. This is was a perfect place to stay. "
