"Lovely spacious, comfortable and clean room. A bit noisy Sat night with local revellers out on the street but otherwise quiet. Very convenient having parking on-site and easy short walk to eateries. Great location. Staff friendly and professional."

"Its was freezing cold...the bedding was so insufficient for the climate in Taranaki lots of snow on the mountain so they didn't accommodate for that...the AC rattled & warmth was at a minimum...there was no hot water the system had broken down Ibwentbto see the manager she wasnt available when we checked out...i left my number no responce as yet. So bad... I am expecting a refund of some kind but i cant reach the people so 🤔🤔"
