I felt truly honored to get to know him and have such a special experience. As someone still learning Spanish, the encouragement and kind I found here was really monumental on my language journey. "Very picturesque, loved the scenery, the staff was amazing, the rooms were very castle like just like we expected. Not many places to eat so plan your meals carefully if you don't want to drive to find a restaurant . We highly recommend this castle, we absolutely loved it. "

"Big and well lit car park in front of the hotel; breakfast was continental but very fresh and well stocked up; the beds very comfortable and room came with a large walk-in shower. Have used this hotel as stop-over to Bilbao before (2.25 hrs - 204 km left to do from here) and will use it again."

"When we go to the property in the morning, the reception was not open, even though according to the hotel details it should have been. I called the hotel number and I think the lady was telling me that she had to visit the doctor and will be at the hotel soon. We went for a breakfast in the town centre and sure enough she was back and let us check-in early."
