"The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). "

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "

I should not need to be there for the room to be cleaned or for the toilet to be fixed. Very loud people staying there the room needs noise consolidation windows. The beds were very comfortable. "Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Moldy, roaches, tried to tell me I l wasn’t getting a room with king bed when that’s what I payed for. Very scary room."

"You can't beat the location and felt like home when you step on to this property. We stayed in the cottage that was the standalone building. Very easy check-in, spacious layout, comfortable mattress and bedding, loved having a small fridge and kitchen including everything you needed if you chose to cook up some breakfast or stay in for one of your meals. "Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. For a 4 floor hotel there should have been more than one elevator installed. The appearance of the existing elevator does not inspire confidence.
