"Good place"

"We have stayed in the Intercontinental Tashkent Hotel before. Like last time, we had an amazing experience. The staff wad absolutely exceptional. For example, the reception staff Rasul and Mahmoud where truly outstanding. They were very competent, very professional, and very helpful. Every remember of the reception staff and the concierge staff we interacted with was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff was also truly outstanding. "After four weeks travelling, to find a beautiful swimming pool was bliss. And to discover one could swim before breakfast, even better. Restaurant food was superb. I have already booked a future stay."

"Tired property in need of some upgrades. The room air conditioning struggles to stay cool in summer. The shower pressure is minimal and the water temperature fluctuates. The bed was comfortable and the gym was good."

"This hotel is run down. The interior of my room had so much wear and tear, I had no control over the air temp and woke up sweating since I couldn’t actually use the AC, and it was also just not the cleanest. I’ve stayed in better kept hostels for cheaper. Also the breakfast buffet was also very underwhelming compared to others I had throughout Uzbekistan. The staff is nice, and friendly. Overall, glad I only booked this place for one night. Wasn’t my favorite"
