Nice, spacious room, fairly good breakfast, excellent swimming pool, good gym, shops in a nearby mall. Considering very reasonable price, this hotel has great value.

The whole complex was very nice, the rooms also very nice. The addition of warm water in bathroom would have been appreciated. Bbq was very very good

It's quite a nice hotel compared to hotels in Indonesia in general, no doubt about it. Many westerners might find it less nice than what they prefer or are used to, but it is indeed one of the best hotels in the city, and considering the relatively low per-night price, it was quite comfortable.
