"More of a hostel than a hotel. Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service.
Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"

"Die Zimmer stimmten nicht mit den angegebenen Bildern überein. Ich war sehr negativ überrascht über den schlechten Zustand der Zimmer. Es wirkte leider überhaupt nicht hygienisch, besonders das Badezimmer hatte große Hygienemängel. Es war laut in den Nebenzimmern. Einzig die Lage war in Ordnung und führte in ca. 30-40min zu Fuß zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten."

"Zimmer war sauber und würde täglich gepflegt. Klimaanlage hat auch sehr bei 28 29° geholfen.
Frühstück war einfach und genug um den Tag anfangen zu können."

"I had a great experience staying at this hostel. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made a huge difference. "This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a great experience. It was clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
