After calling reception I was guided to the hotel basement but not without exposure to the rain. From the basement it was difficult to find the elevator. Signage throughout this process was misleading and inadequate....Also misleading were the hidden costs: parking $20/day; no complimentary breakfast items - we grabbed some coffee, 2 pastries, and 2 fruits for a cost of $37.50. "
