"The room was really nice, there was just a few small things: 1. The key card did not work and I ended up having to go down stairs to have them get the master key to let me in. 2. There was a weird, sticky substance on the rug in a few areas that made me not want to take my shoes off. 3. There was unidentifiable, questionable, white residue of something on the pull out couch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, there were a lot of pillows, and the bathroom was very clean as well."

"I stayed for 3 nights as my son had surgery on his leg and needed help. They upgraded me to a suite at last minute ,that had pull out bed.No additional charge. They came and opened bed and got it ready. Customer service was amazing. The cleanliness of the floors not so great,could have been better. However, beds were clean and no sign of roaches. Fridge clean etc. It did it's job for what I needed."

"This is a small town so remember that when booking. The stay wasn't bad or good just average. You hear Marriott and think 5 star. Again not terrible but I am used to staying at big resorts so I want to be fair in my rating. Keeping in mind a small Military town. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby; however the pillows are undersized on king bed, sheet treadcount undesirable, and they did not restock breakfast. We were told breakfast was from 6-9a. We went 8:15a and nothing available. Waited around and they never restocked. Luggage dolly dirty, and they only gave us 1 key stating they have a key shortage. Overall okay, but not worth the nearly $200 per night rate."
