One night staycation from Auckland. Weather didn't play ball the whole time, but the room was perfect. Spa bath was essential and the bed was like a cloud. A fantastic stayoverall.

I only stayed for one night and didn't need to partake of all the facilities. The room was clean and servicable, but the buildings are getting older and some refurb would be good.

Nobody to meet us on arrival at 3pm numerous phone calls to get into complex.Manager wanted credit card imprint incase of damages then proceeded to take $100 out of account.Has given all sorts of reasons for delay in refund been waiting a week.Very un professional a nd would not recommend
