"The unit was clean and spacious, well stocked and had a private hot tub outside which was lovely to relax in after an adventurous day. The larger geothermal pool was also a treat but not easy to get in or out for those who have low mobility. The owner was very approachable and helpful. Plenty of car parks but a little tricky backing out of some spaces. Enjoyed our stay."

"You can only turn into the driveway from one direction so it meant we had to u-turn to get in. There is no lifts so needed to use stairs with suitcases. Staff was lovely and friendly, and the view was gorgeous!"

"I was first given to a room that was dark and damp with a view of the road. I asked to be moved a room with some sort of view other than the road since ad said mountain view the person at reception was not happy about this and argued that that was the room i booked and what did i expect being a studio. she finally gave another room, which i appreciated as it was more light and you could see the lake a little. the room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, bathrooms had mold around the taps...

"We have happily stayed here many times in the past, However this time the beds were so hard we had no sleep. Asked to change units but told all beds replaced and were the same. We left a day early unable to do another night. Disappointed our weekend plans ruined. Will never stay again"
