The staff were warmly & friendly. The location is quiet and restful with beautiful surroundings. Close to town & scenic river walks. The hotel is very run down though. Creaky floors with thin walls. Shower was warm not hot. TV had great use of Apps to stream from my phone. Heat pump was lovely. I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid.

Excellent value for money. Lovely large 2 bedroom chalet with new looking bathroom and kitchen. The spa bath in its own rear room was lovely and relaxing. Peaceful surrounds but the walls are thin between units. Very accommodating staff who let us check in early. Would definitely stay again.

We had to check in very late and they had everything ready for me, including the heat pump working before we arrived. The cottage (especially the beds) was really comfortable and fully equipped. Plenty of place to park in front of your room or cottage.

I’m not sure if the high ratings for this property are for a different area (eg chalets vs studios) but the studio I stayed in was dismal. Tired doesn’t describe it - it’s positively run down and literally falling apart. Mould inside the kettle, shower stall edges rotten and peeling, smears on the walls, wafer thin walls so could hear every movement, very limited cellphone coverage so couldn’t connect to my hotspot to get work done, No TV signal and couldn’t connect to my own Netflix acct on 2nd night as no signal. Power point next to the bed didn’t work and the ones in the kitchenette are pulling out of the wall. It is very cheap, but I don’t think it’s worth even that. The bed was comfy and guy at the front desk when I checked in was friendly. Location close to the river and spa park is nice (but felt a bit eerily remote at night with limited connectivity) But I won’t be back. Spend a few bucks extra to get a whole lot more elsewhere….

Lovely quiet place to stay. Unit clean and tidy, nice bathroom, towels nice and soft. Carpet a bit worn but clean. A privilege to be able stay there with my dog. Excellent price. Will stay again. Thank you.
