All the staff are excellent especially the restaurant staff. Loved the food, rooms are very nice and comfortable with great views.

It was good but the shower leaked amd made big puddles on the bathrom floor that were hard to see and had to be mopped up with a towel. I almost slipped in one of these.

The room was adequate. It was difficult to adjust the room temperature (either too hot or too cold) It was basically clean but we found a spider in our sheets. That was a bit of a concern. We are pretty easy going with accommodation but we weren't overly impressed with our stay at the Trinity .

Good location, was worried it might be noisy next to the highway and harbor but it was quiet! Nice rooms.

The size of the room was big for us. The water pressure was so strong, which was great. We loved the heated bathroom floor. We will definitely come back and stay next time 😄

Check in was fabulous. Great spacious room overlooking the bay. Was there 3 days over Christmas. The " Tastes Like Milk " pots for morning coffee are really poor. Stayed in earlier hotels at half the price and had plunger coffee and fresh milk. It really does not take a lot to improve the morning coffee for a $1 bottle of milk. Was disappointed with the Christmas day buffet. For $180 was very average. When it came round to the dessert, and cheese it was virtually all gone. A great hotel let down by little things b

Didn't stay at the property, so I cannot give an actual review of the quality. Had a cancelled flight the day of the trip which meant we were not able to make the hotel, I called them and essentially they said bad luck, we'll be keeping the $900 you have paid. Its the first Hotel that has ever held onto the cost when its a been a reasonable reason for not making it. Also considering I will be heading to Tauranga frequently, it seems strange to be hell bent on keeping $900 but losing having someone stay there 7-8 times per year.

Beautiful setting, the restaurant and the deck are delightful. Pay up for the harbor facing rooms. My only complaint is that he bar closes before 10.

I was underwhelmed. Photos looked great but they were deceiving. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our 2 weeks in New Zealand and this was our least favourite.

It was nice enough. If you need anything you have to go down to the front desk to get it you cant just call housekeeping. We got no bottles of water and on the second day they didn't provide milk so down to the desk we had to go again, Dental kits are not provided and you have to buy toothpaste for $5. The parking is ridiculous. When they have a function they dont reserve spots for guests and you have to park far away. It was ok. The room was nice. For the price i wouldn't stay there again.
