"Excellent room was great,clean and well presented."

"Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much...

"The unit was clean and staff were very pleasant to deal. Handy location if you need to go to the Hospital. however, the units needed a bit of painting done in the shower area. overall a good reasonable priced place to stay"

"A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."

"Loved the area, even though the mountain is closed. Very quite and pretty. Could have used some instructions for the washer and stove, had to have AI help me. Construction next door left the patio unusable, no privacy. Room was nice and I had parking and everything else I needed. "

"The two-bedroom hotel room we stayed in was comfortable. My son slept on the pull-out sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable, but he seemed fine with it. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay."

"Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. "This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again."
