Pici Al Sugo Bianco. This dish I will crave long after I leave. And the place is just great all around. Drive through Chianti and do dinner here and you will not be disappointed. The fiorentina steak is also incredible.
Whenever you're in Tuscany, you must go to the countryside and visit the beautiful wineries. This one in particular has over 300 hectares of grapes, olive trees and beehives.
Visited this winery yesterday and bought a bottle of their 2009 Riserva. It's worth a visit especially if you love Chianti. They also make terra cotta pots and barrels as shown in this photo where they age some of their wines.

We had a really lovely stay here, the staff were very welcoming and attentive and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The spa facilities were lovely and the free food and drink in the room was an unexpected bonus. Would highly recommend.

The town itself is small and quiet we stayed there purely to drive around Tuscany with friends. You had to drive everywhere as there are no taxis
