"Exceeded expectations for an airport hotel (10 min walk from airport), though the air conditioning would not go colder than 21.5C (roughly 70F) and there was a fee for ice. The breakfast was superb and we even got a morning swim in the very clean pool."

"Das Zimmer war sauber, leider etwas hellhörig. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, wir haben da jeden Tag gegessen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist auch sehr positiv. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aber leider zum Parkplatz. Dabei ist der aber sehr praktisch und wir haben immer einen bekommen, auch wenn wir lange unterwegs waren."

"Hotel property is great (even though it’s not in the beach , and there is a great view from the pool deck. Our issue is more about our booking. Initially we booked two rooms but after coming to the hotel we saw that we actually booked a room and a two bedroom studio. We told the hotel and Expedia that we want to move to the studio and vacate the room. The hotel staff actually told us to do that but the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the room we did not use so we ended up spending $1200...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person. Our arrival experience was also disappointing....

"El hotel se encuentra en mal estado. Reservamos 1 noche donde únicamente pasamos el día, ya que nuestro shin a Alia de Olbia a las 11pm. Cuando llegamos, el ascensor principal estaba malogrado y cuando teníamos que subir por el de servicio, se malogró también y tuvimos que esperar a que lo reparen para poder subir con nuestras maletas . El aire acondicionado del cuarto era insuficiente y tuvimos mucho calor. La cortina estaba rota. En el baño, dentro de la ducha encontramos un jabón usado...

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden."
