"Our stay was fine and recommended if you have an early flight . We ate in the restaurant and the service was very quick . My only complaint would be that there’s a night light in the bathroom which can’t be turned off. The doors to the bathroom opened at the middle so the light filters through . Unfortunately I like a room that is completely dark to sleep ."

"Hotel looks brand new! Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good in the pub, as was light breakfast in the cafe. The best part was it was a 5min walk to Terminal 4 and 10 mins to Car Rental. Self check in was excellent!"

"A lot to like about the place: location, mod cons, etc but I found the shower a bit lacking. It had a nozzle that didn’t adjust in any way, which had me very close to the wall to get underneath it because of the way it was mounted. The pressure and spray pattern were great either.
But overall, great stay - good sized rooms, washer and dryer in the room, 2 TVs. No major complaints."

"Arrived and was told I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite so it started great until I got into the room …. The rooms heating was showing 26.8 degrees on what was a 27 degree day in Melbourne. Even when the thermostat was set to 17 degrees it did not go down in temp. Both tvs in the room also didn’t work properly. Very disappointed with stay"
