"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. "pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “ housekeeping “ and woke my two babies up . Never have I ever witnessed that before at any property . property has potential but this stay was just not awesome. "
