"Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in. Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased. his happened on multiple occasions...

"　外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。 　川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。しかし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。 　室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。 　客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。 　また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。 　天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。 　便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。 　"

"Very tiny apartment on ground level. It's comfy but cleanliness could be improved, especially the floor, it didn't look as it had been swept or mopped at all. Bathroom has a bad smell and the bed does not have such a frame, so you're pretty much lying through the mattress that is only being held by the bed frame itself. But kitchen is well equipped and it's warm inside. I think it's a bit overpriced though for this size in comparison to other apartment-like accommmodations we've stayed in all...
