"The was the cutest little place to stay for our overnight before boarding a cruise ship. The location was perfectly located right in the city & close to many places for eating, getting a drink, shopping or just walking the city and exploring all the charm of Genoa! Simona was the sweetest and so helpful with offering great sites to see & places to eat/drink. Very accommodating and eased all our worries with getting to the city from the airport & finding the guest room. Hoping to return for...

"Kamer was ruim, schoon, had een vide met bed voor een derde persoon (ook heel ruim), modern ingericht (beetje Ikea stijl) en een keurige badkamer. We mochten gebruik maken van zitjes op de gang en koffie en thee faciliteiten en het ontbijt was uitgebreid met zelfs verse jus d'orange (waar vind je dat nog). "Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"
