"Amazing staff, hotel, rooms, terrace, and location."

"My teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights during a Rome heatwave in late July. We were thank for their fantastic air conditioning and ability to access spa amenities when heat of city became too much. Room was quiet even though hotel located on a busy street. Breakfast was fantastic and entire hotel was well staffed with attentive, professional and welcoming people. This felt like a 5-star experience. They provided toiletries when we realized we forgot some items and arranged for golf cart tour....

"The AC worked great, the room was clean, had a safe and a fridge and was tidied up daily. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The staff at the reception as well as those serving breakfast and taking care of the room were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot for walking to many attractions and has metro stop within 5 minutes walk that can access termini station from where you can take the train to the airport and you can reach lots of other tourist spots going...

"Very close to the train station which was convenient for us with many suitcases. Great restaurants and convenience stores near by. Short walk away from historic sites."

"The facility is very clean and up to date. Close walk to train station (also just far enough to avoid the chaos) and bus stops are right outside the hotel. Recommend if you want to stay at a reliable and recognizable hotel brand in the Monti area."

"Clean spacious rooms, ice cold AC. Walking distance to Termini train station. The receptionist helps booking local cab to visit local attractions. Got a loft style 2 rooms which my teenage boys loved. Lot of restaurants nearby."

"This hotel is nice and clean. Strong and quiet AC. Walking distance to attraction but nearby metro and bus station are convenient to cut the walk on a hot summer day. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby, including a Macdonald for breakfast."

"Beautiful old building but with modern amenities - sparkling bathroom, refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, perfectly maintained. Great location, close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, shops and even grocery stores close by. The staff could not be more helpful and always accessible (within their working hours). Very secure and safe, no access without the card that's issued by the staff. Amazing stay, will be coming back."
