The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was super clean and large for a city room. Location was PERFECT! We were able to walk to everything easily and it was close to the train for our departure. Highly recommend.

Reasonable hotel in good location. Poor ventilation, AC is turned off when summer is over, so if you like to sleep in a room that’s cool, best to ask for one of their cooler rooms. Staff were professional and nice, though, breakfast mediocre, staff there were pretty snooty.

This hotel was perfectly located from the Termini station, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and the coliseum. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and you can walk easily to good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. Everybody spoke English and was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was 2 blocks from the train and subway.
