We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. "First class property in the center of Torino, located a quick five minute or less walk from the Egyptian Museum, and a number of excellent restaurants including within the hotel itself. "Leider war ein Gerüst sowohl im Vorder- als auch im Hinterhaus des Hotels. Ferner war es auch sehr laut morgens aufgrund der Bauarbeiten. Obwohl wir ein Superior Zimmer gebucht haben, haben wir dieses nicht erhalten. Erst auf Bestehen konnten wir am nächsten Tag das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Plus die Lautstärke der Bauarbeiten ab 06.45 Uhr war der Aufenthalt leider nicht erholsam."
