"Clean, kind staff"

"I drove big trucks for years. I've stayed in some pretty dank places. This place has no business renting rooms to anyone who has any health issues. The mold was so bad that it's infected the HVAC unit. I've always enjoyed staying at a Comfort inn. The carpet was so bad, I wouldn't even walk on it with socks. I HAD TO put my shoes on. Nikki was great getting me in. The LAZY man at checkout was another story. No greeting, no smile and just brushed me off. If this place keeps going like it is,...

"Everything was pretty good, especially for the price. However, the inside of the hotel smells really funky (like moldy or mildewy). The breakfast also didn’t have as many options as I had expected. It was sufficient though for being included in the price. I would stay again."

"If you’re arriving late, make sure you call when you are on your way and let them know when you’re arriving. Late night check-in means low staffing and if someone’s in the bathroom or on their break, you might be outside for a bit."

"Bonus: This property is within a few miles of the Billy Graham Library (which is a must go experience). This property was immaculate through and through. The young man at the check in desk was kind, respectful, attententive and answered all our questions. (Please check your staff schedule for the evening of July 1st to determine his name!) "The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"The main A/C is broken. They have portable a/c units in the room that are so loud I couldn’t sleep. I’m a safety professional and a good night sleep is absolutely necessary. I had a 3 night reservation and was not able to stay there for the remainder of my paid reservation. I’m still trying to collect my 2 nt from Expedia."

"We traveled from the small town of Lawrenceville, VA with the 434 Elite AAU Basketball Team, and our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I give it a 1000/1000 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooftop restaurant was a great experience, and the bartender was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.
