The villa was large, light-filled and spacious. Great views over the rice fields. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious with several options options. The pool was beautiful. It was a bit noisy in the mornings with scooters zooming down the little lane beside it and a few things could have been improved on like there were no mosquito nets over the single beds, the lamps next to the main bed didn’t reach the power points and the air-conditioning struggled to cool the whole villa in the afternoon.

The perfect place to stay for our family
Absolutely superb place to stay. Right in the middle of rice fields is a super treat and the staff were amazing... they were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. The accommodation is far enough from the town to be traditional rural but close enough for a 10min drive. Will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend
The villa was simply amazing. All the interiors were so beautiful and simple. The outdoor bathroom was just amazing. There’s a house built right opposite the property which kills the view a little bit but overall, a fantastic stay

We love that the property is surrounded by rice fields and lush vegetation. The property overall is quiet and serene. There’s also lots of geckos in the room and a larger lizard in the eves of the roof, which we don't mind (they take care of all the bugs at night and we enjoy their company). We also got a good night’s rest. The mattress and pillows are a bit on the firmer side, but still comfortable. The WIFI is sometimes difficult to connect to in the rooms; however, once connected, we had no problems doing everything we needed to do online. We would definitely stay here again, if we were visiting this area. We completely recommend the property!

Beautiful room with nice partial outdoor shower. Well maintained property. Day-beds by pool. Staff were all super lovely. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Free drop off and pick up from town which was perfectly on time. Highly recommend, amazing place, everything we wanted our stay in Ubud to be.

it's a nice experience in bali especially i live in this hotel. People are friendly, and the environment is very clean. the breakfast and the meal was good, i will choose this hotel when i visit bali again. Thanks all of people i met in Kabinawa. :)

Our stay at Kabinawa was just what we wanted. The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but it is very close to Ubud city center. It is also in a great location for day trips around the island. The property itself is very clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

This is a beautiful little resort with just a handful of villas, surrounded by rice fields - so you get an amazing view from your villa. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place! Having said that, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the town, which is only a 15 minute drive away. So you can have the best of both worlds. The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! They are kind, friendly, and extremely attentive. They will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We had an amazing time at this hotel. I can’t recommend it enough.

Fina och rena rum med bra frukost. Ända jag kan klaga på är att personalen inte kan så bra engelska men annars välldigt bra hotell nära ubud med free shuttel till ubud central och andra ställen.

After staying in hundreds of hotels, this is the first place that I’ve left early after staying just one miserable night, even though our reservation was non-refundable. Our room was filthy and infested with ants and spiders. The bathroom was outdoors, which would have been neat if it wasn’t crawling with bugs, including spiders in the towels and a cat perched on top of the shower. The wifi wasn’t working, despite the staff spending an hour in our villa working on it. It did finally work on and off late in the night. Perhaps worst of all, there was no hot water—as in if you turned the tap to hot, nothing came out.

Everything was fabulous! All great. Just a minor comment on the staff. They’re all very nice. But due to the fact that English is not their main language. You might have to repeat when u communicate with them. I’m still giving this place a big 5!

It was marvellous stay. Villa was outstanding - huge, well-equipped with great bed and huge bathroom under the sky. Staff was pleasant and very helpfull. Located 15 min by car from the Ubud, not far from rice terraces. We will definetly stay again.

Tranquil and chilled in a Rice Padi
Great location away from the madness of downtown Ubud, free shuttle in and out of that chaos if you desire. Own transport is preferrable though for the pleasures of seeing the real Bali of yesteryear. Hotel villa was special for that modest price, right in the middle of the green fields yet close to cafes and and all the handicraft shops just a quick ride away.

Beautiful place
Beautiful Place,nice view over rice terrasses, big House and big bed, clean, open bathroom and shower . One of the best Stays we had in Bali!

Nice private villa
Very clean and quiet villa. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Breakfast served every morning and even brought to your room. Free shuttle too and from ubud market. Room cleaned to perfection every single day. Would highly recommend.

Mooi en moderne kamers
Mooie luxueuze kamers. Met mooie uitgebreide (buiten) badkamer. Comfort is heel goed. Minifrigo, tv, hemelbed, bad en douche... Maar qua hotelfaciliteiten is er enkel het zwembad. Dus als het regent is er niet veel te doen. Je kan er ook eten. Is zeer lekker maar trage bediening (ookal zit je alleen in het restaurant). 's nachts hoor je ook heel veel lawaai van buiten (alsof je in de jungle zit) maar dat heeft ook wel zijn charme. Leuk hotel maar zou er niet voor een lange periode gaan.
