"We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). "I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!"

"It's certainly a place to lay your head and rest. We had a last minute booking, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The office however was locked in the morning so we could not access the coffee, tea, or staff.
Outside the hotel, the office is clean and nice, however the area where the rooms are is a bit dangerous with the pool area being open and filled with plants, and n"
