"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. "Located a mere 5 min walk from old town, this resort does not disappoint! Parking is included as well as an amazing buffet breakfast which includes many à la carte items. The pool is a definite bonus for a break after a long day of sightseeing. Front desk staff are amazing! This a great place to stay in Heraklion!!"

"The room was clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Everyone was very attentive and the food/drink options are fantastic. The hotel is busy so it can be hard to get a sun bed after 10:30am but overall it is a very beautiful place to visit."

"Atrion was an excellent location for us!! We found the staff to be overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, from the Front Desk to the breakfast and housekeeping staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and was very comfortable. Importantly, there were several power outlets as well. The safe was newer and was very easy to operate. "The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub).
