"First the pros, good location, close to DC and national harbor. Free parking, clean room (have to make reservation to clean your room), nice staff. Now the bad, breakfast is horrible, bagels, coffee, and tea. That’s it. I’m not expecting a crazy breakfast but, not even pancakes? I booked this place specifically for breakfast for my kid. Wish they made it common knowledge that it was just bagels….. but other than that, good place to stay at."

"We’ve stay at Hampton Inns many times and this was the first time we’ve had any concerns. Overall stay was okay. There was no elevator service to the parking garage, but this was stated when we arrived as due to elevator repair/reno and we were given tips to drop off luggage before parking, etc. But the breakfast was a fiasco. It ended at 9am which was a very surprising and chaotic/stressful both for many of the guests scrambling to get breakfast at the last minute. The poor employees were...

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

I thought the buffet breakfast was inclusive, but it was not. There was a struggle to get into the building with my luggage because the door was so heavy and I am disabled all in all it was "

"BE VERY CAREFUL!!! On the hotel premises, specifically in their parking lot (which is not free), all four tires of my rental car were stolen, and the car was left propped up on two bricks. According to the hotel manager, this had never happened before, but according to the person who picked up the vehicle on behalf of Alamo, it has happened several times. "My stay at the Hilton Rockville DC was very disappointing. • The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived • The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service • Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond • Amenities were limited compared to what I expected I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level. Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors....
