There was no microwave refrigerator no door from the bathroom not very clean but I did get peace and the pool was definitely clean

Hands down the worst room I've ever stayed in. Repairs needed basically everywhere in the room. Floor, walls, counter, etc. Floor not even swept, had to have them come and do it. Although the place looked absolutely disgusting...the ac worked great, was hot water, and bed was actually comfortable. I was only there to sleep for 5 nights so just dealt with everything.

The hot water didn’t work. The door went locked. The door lock was messed up. The AC filters were nasty. There were bugs crawling on the wall. The floor is sticking. I want my money back actually.

This place was horrible !! Where do i start ! Made a reservation for 2 bed , got a room with one small queen , the sheets were used and dirty the pillows seemed as if someone had just laid in it . The was no phone or wifi to use. The microphone and fridge was dirty fiod still in plate . The freaking door did would not lock by the handle and the was no other chainlock to backup . And might i add the WAS NO BATHROOM DOOR !!!! Horrible and was refused a refund ! Never Again !
