"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful large rooms in a first rate property. This is a five star property in a newly constructed hotel. The friendly front desk service is appreciated. The complete breakfast is buffet style with eggs made to order. Take advantage of arranged transport to the airport. It is the only way to have door to door assistance with luggage."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Pylon Rooms. Room 3 was big enough for 2 of us and the bathroom was fine too. Luka was helpful whenever we needed anything and organised airport transfers both ways with a quick message. Granola at breakfast was good. Would stay again and recommend."

"Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. "Little tricky to find at first, as it's IN the palace and the door isn't especially obvious until you see it. Once you're there it's a fantastic spot, couldn't be closer to the center of everything in that area and the hosts are wonderful."
