"This is a unique, almost boutique hotel. It might not be to every ones taste, but I was pleasantly surprised by our overnight stay. It is an older hotel. A single queen room is quite small, but nice touches and very clean. Big screen TV, great coffee maker, water bottles in the fridge. Tub shower could use a safety bar. Friendly staff with a touch of humor. Great coffee shop with quality coffee and breakfast sandwiches. All maintenance looked professional and well finished. Fantastic garden in the interior courtyard. Secure parking. Will return."

"Pros: Clean, comfy bed, close to arena, excellent communication. Keefer bar is delicious and next door. Cons: Neighborhood is not great, safe enough during the day but I wouldn't want my daughter walking the area alone at night, only paid parking garage available but it is directly across the street and secure."

"I stayed on the top floor, which came with a personal balcony. However, the roof is also accessible to all guests, who could easily climb over the guardrail and into my balcony, then enter my room because the sliding door of the balcony could not be locked. Fortunately the safe is large and easy to use! I also made good use of the ironing board and desk. Overall this room felt a bit underwhelming for the high price, but it was a good stay. To make it a little bit more worth, a small complimentary coupon for the White Spot under the hotel was also given at check-in."

"We stayed here for 1 night before out Disney Alaska Cruise. They booked us a room where our kids could watch the planes from the airport. They also gave the kids a little stuffed animal after which we checked in which was a nice touch. Overall very satisfied with our stay!"
