"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)"

The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back"
