"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."

"We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay. From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice.
