"Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! "

"Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed "

My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. "The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!"

"Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel."
