"Another review because we stayed here twice during our trip. Stayed one night, decided 4 days later we wanted to go back for another couple of days and spent two more days there and a night. We really enjoy this hotel. Staff is great, rooms are nice and breakfast is good!"

"La stanza è top.
Il bagno purtroppo un po' datato, non alla stessa altezza della stanza.
Colazione buffet abbondante
L'hotel era in ristrutturazione quindi un po' di lavori in corso.
Eravamo in bicicletta. Ci hanno permesso di tenerle in un box ma meglio portarsi un lucchetto"

"Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche.
Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

"The room and bathroom were amazingly clean. The view of the mountains and lake were breathtaking. What a nice hidden gem. What would make this property even more perfect is if there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and laundering facilities inclusive of an iron and ironing board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It would be nice if the larger rooms (party of 3-4) were lake facing too. The lake view rooms were limited to double and single occupancy."

"it was perfect location and the rooms was spacious, I visited with my family, and the weather was so hot, and the hotel didn't have AC other than that its gorgeous"

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."
