"easy place to get to. Good to have parking. Next to the Vikings Town Centre, so great for an evening meal."

"Convenient location. I do not like the couch as it was old and part of it was pelled."

"Stairs only, no lift."

"The room and location is perfect. We only had a little issue with prepaid parking as the car number plate recognition wasn’t set up properly and we were having a constant issues with leaving the car park. Also kitchenette was very dusty and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. Kitchen towel was smelly and therefore we did not use it. Despite of this we were happy with the accommodation."

"Good"

"Lovely hotel."

"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care."

"We had a great stay here, we had an issue with our first room and they moved us immediately to an upgraded room without question. I found the beds to be a little soft but not uncomfortable, the breakfast was good with plenty of food."
