"Felt safe. Very clean. Pool and surrounding area looked nice. Very limited food items. So not really a breakfast provided. Beds were clean but not exactly comfortable. But overall a very nice place for the price. Would definitely stay again."

"Only 2 downsides; it is off the main roadway in an holler and Clientele blew noses over breakfast selection while making their plates which is beyond nasty."

"I’ll start by saying that the bedroom was a little dated but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom had been updated and was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had to get a few items (towels and a hair dryer). Now for a HUGE issue that I encountered with the property. This property was extremely smoker friendly. "I thought the room was maintained well, except for the floors, which did not appear to be mopped in a long time. Upon walking in the room, our feet became very dirty. The bathroom was nice and clean, as well as the bedding. We appreciated the amenities and ease of check-in/check-out."

"There was roaches in our room and the floor was still dirty. Our restroom door also wouldn’t close at all. It was okay for a place to sleep but once we saw the roach, unfortunately I couldn’t really sleep. It’s decent just to sleep at, close to everything."

"This was my third visit to this hotel. It is conveniently located to many shops and is a three to five minute walk to the famous Pigeon Forge Island. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. Once you visit this hotel, I'll bet you'll want to visit again, just like me. The island is located directly behind the hotel. There you will have rides for the kids and the adults, all types of shops, Paula Dean's restaurant and plenty of rocking chairs seated by a beautiful water fountain that...

"The shampoo and show soap were empty so we called the desk and they said they would have housekeeping bring them up. Nothing that night. When we arrived back the next evening it was still not filled we called again and about an hour later they brought some up."
