"Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and very quiet. The room had an A/C unit and this was the heater too. There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. The rooms are on the third floor and the rear of the property overlooks the old amphitheater which is now a square with a few restaurants. There are a number of shops and other places to eat within a very short walk. The bus station was a comfortable 15...

"Lovely charming bed and breakfast just outside the walls of Lucca. Extremely kind staff. We were there in a heat wave and it was difficult to cool the room. Everything else was great. "
