"This town is like something straight out of a horror movie. The hacienda was fantastic, but darkly so, the Internet was out for the length of our visit and the RM had a poopicle which required me or my partner to leave the RM in order to maintain any semabalance of privacy. If you like creepy haciendas with what could be cursed relics, this may be the perfect spot for you."

"Ya me habia hospedado aqui anteriormente 3 veces, sin embargo siempre llegando 11 p.m o 1 a.my la atención de quien nos recibia siempre fue muy atento, esta vez llegue temprano 5:30 p.m, les hace falta capacitar a su personal, la recepcionista nada de atención, ve llegar a alguien y no saluda, hasta pafa meter mi camioneta tuve que quitar yo el señalamiento de piso mojado las 2 veces que llegamos al hotel(ya que sali y regrese), y eso que no habia nadie en recepción a quien atendiera, pésimo,...

"La habitación fue excelente, todos los servicios que incluyen servían y estaban en óptimas condiciones, el personal fue muy amable contestaban y daban solución a cualquier duda que se generó en mi estadía. En conclusión recomiendo arduamente el lugar y claramente volvería a hospedarme ahí"

"The hotel is well located. The AC worked well. I had a minor hiccup that the door handle broke when I was in the bathroom, but they got me out quick and replaced the doorknob. The pillows could use an upgrade, but overall a pleasant stay"
