"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, has all you need and it is very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the chairlift to Sněžka."

"Sehr schöne Appartementanlage, die an ein 5* Sterne Hotel angeschlossen ist. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und die Einrichtungen des Hotels wie Fitnesscenter, Schwimmbad und SPA können mit genutzt werden. Wünschenswert wäre die Verbesserung der Kommunikation mit den Gästen in den Appartements, so dass Änderungen seitens des Hotels, z.B. die Frühstückszeit am Neujahrstag auch kommuniziert werden."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen."
